2013 CCM/USA Hockey All-American Prospects Game - Pittsburgh

In the second edition of the USA Hockey All-American Prospects Game, Mark Johnson and Joe Mullen served as head coaches at the CONSOL Energy Center in Pittsburgh, Pa. Team Johnson bested Team Mullen, 5-2.

Forward Dylan Larkin (Waterford, Mich.) opened the scoring and went on to become the first American selected in the 2014 NHL Draft when he was taken 15th overall by his hometown Detroit Red Wings. Keegan Iverson (St. Louis Park, Minn.) was named the game's Most Valuable Player while Shane Gersich (Chaska, Minn.) went on to become the first AAPG alumni to win a Stanley Cup when he helped the Capitals win the first Cup in franchise history in 2018.

Overall, 26 players went on to become NHL Draft picks, including five first-round selections, seven second-round choices and three third-round picks. To date, eight 2013 AAPG players have made their NHL debuts.
