Celebrity Coaches: Mark Johnson (Minneapolis, Minn.), a gold-medalist from the 1980 U.S. Olympic Men’s Ice Hockey Team, and Joe Mullen (New York, N.Y.), who spent six seasons with the Pittsburgh Penguins, served as head coaches for the 2013 CCM/USA Hockey All-American Prospects Game.
Most Valuable Player: Team Johnson’s Keegan Iverson (St. Louis Park, Minn.) notched a goal and an assist to earn MVP honors.

“Michigan Man” Opens The Scoring: Dylan Larkin (Waterford, Mich.) broke the scoreless tie 37 seconds into the second period. Larkin would go on to become the first American selected in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft with the 15th overall pick by the Detroit Red Wings.

Five different players in the 2013 game have NHL ties within their family. They are Ryan Donato (Scituate, Mass.), son of Ted Donato; Ryan MacInnis (St. Louis, Mo.), son of Al MacInnis; Ryan Mantha (Clarkston, Mich.), son of Moe Mantha; Jack Ramsey (Minnetonka, Minn.), son of Mike Ramsey; and Nolan Stevens (Manhatten Beach, Calif.), son of John Stevens.
