Notes: Head coaches Eddie Olczyk and Mike Grier will drop a ceremonial first puck as part of the pre-game ... Buffalo Sabres' forward Drew Stafford (Milwaukee, Wis.) will present the Player of the Game award in a post-game, on-ice ceremony. Stafford represented the U.S. as a member of two national junior teams, three men's national teams and an under-18 men's team. Most notably, he was part of the 2004 U.S. National Junior Team that claimed the United States' first gold in World Junior competition ... This is the second time the First Niagara Center, home of the NHL's Buffalo Sabres is hosting the AAPG. First Niagara last hosted the inaugural game when Team McClanahan beat Team Housley, 5-2.
