Rosters to be Announced for 2023 BioSteel All-American Game

NHL Network to exclusively reveal players selected during USA vs. Slovakia World Junior Championship game on Dec. 28

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – NHL Network will exclusively reveal the rosters for the 2023 BioSteel All-American Game tomorrow (Dec. 28) during the first intermission of the U.S. vs. Slovakia preliminary round game at the 2023 IIHF World Junior Championship. Puck drops at 4 p.m. ET.

The BioSteel All-American Game, set for Jan. 16, 2023, at USA Hockey Arena in Plymouth, Mich., will feature the top prospects eligible for the NHL Draft. The contest is set for 4 p.m. ET, and the game will be broadcast live on NHL Network.

The selected players -- who will come from both the U.S. National Under-18 Team of USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program and the United States Hockey League, the nation’s only Tier 1 junior hockey league – will be divided up into two teams for the contest.

The BioSteel All-American Game has featured 265 NHL Draft picks, including 58 total first-round selections. Logan Cooley, Cutter Gauthier, Frank Nazar III, Rutger McGroarty, Jimmy Snuggerud, Sam Rinzel, and Isaac Howard, all 2022 first-round NHL Draft picks, have played in the BioSteel All-American Game.
